The location is lovely, perched right by a fine beach with an really good view from the room. The spacious accommodations were well-maintained, and the attentive staff consistently offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. The amenities fell short. The lack of a safe in the room and inadequate water pressure were disappointing. Dining options seemed limited, and notifications about menus were unclear, further detracting from the experience.

The view is beautiful, Staff seems to be correct but don't apply anything of what requested. Breakfast (italian) is good (quantity and quality). International breakfast is not enought in my opinion: only ham, cheese and some bread, and 1 quality of poor orange juice.
The room was not properly cleaned. Toilet towels was not cleaned (brown stains on both our rooms!). The Hotel is in a very difficult place to be reached by car.. The roads are very tight at one point. So, rent a small car. The garage is difficult to enter. In the fridge of the internal bar there was ice creams expired in 2009 and when we told them, they answer they immediatelly provide but.. The day after ice creams was still there!

Great views but needs updates
We stayed for 5 nights, and the views were jaw-dropping! The staff was super friendly and really helped us with local tips. Our room was clean, but honestly, it reminded me of it could use some modernizing. Oh, and the breakfast was a bit basic, with not much variety. The snack bar had some good treats!

1. The sea views. 2. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
1. 2* breakfasts in a 4* hotel (unless tour groups were staying). 2. Clearly a "double room" with adequate facilities for 2 people being used as a "4 persons" accommodation. 2 chair-beds are definitely not 4* standard! 3. We paid £200 for 2 meals. These were grossly over- charged and portions were lacking. 4. Regarding the food, this was the worst 4* hotel we have ever stayed in. 5. Staff not having the access to bus tickets unless the owner was present.

The views from our room were breathtaking, definitely an Instagram moment, and the swimming pool, while small, was clean enough for a quick dip. the air conditioning was a letdown!

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location was simply stunning, with a free viewing platform that overlooked the ruins of Pompeii. From there, we could see all the way down to the beach and enjoy the breathtaking views. The hotel itself was perched on a hill, which added to the charm and gave us a feeling of tranquility.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, services, and room amenities provided here truly exceeded our expectations.

With a free viewing platform in the ruins of Pompeii, you can immerse yourself in ancient history and breathtaking views. Additionally, the hotel is situated just a short walk down to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to easily access the beach whenever I wanted. Additionally, the hotel had a free viewing platform that provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces.

Although the hotel ruins may have potential, the location is . Conveniently situated on a hill top, families can visit the surrounding area with ease. the hotel is in a crowded area, surrounded by other hotels for variety.
The hotel appears to be lacking in all other areas. the rooms themselves appear dirty, with stained bedding and towels.

The location was convenient, close to the city center and with good transportation links nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and had a decent variety of options to choose from. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
The hotel was advertised as a 4-star but I strongly disagree. The room was outdated, with old furniture and a small bathroom.
